New Race Distances for 2013! 14K, 6K and 1K.    Enjoy these flat courses in and around the Virginia Beach amphitheater with an indoor finish inside the Virginia Beach Field House with Yuengling beer, live music, food from Baker's Crust and a sweet finisher item.  All finishers recieve a medal and all 14K finishers recieve a surprise gift.

Packet pick-up and expo to be held Friday, February 8th at the Virginia Beach Field House
