The 2013 MEAC Basketball Tournament marks the 42nd year of the tournament on the men’s side and the 34th year for the women. The Tournament will be played in Norfolk, Va. at the Norfolk Scope Arena. The city of Norfolk was previously host to the MEAC family from 1991 to 1993, and again in 1997.
