Run course will travel along boardwalk starting and finishing at 31st Street adjacent to King Neptune Statue. The participants will run south on the boardwalk and turn between 8th & 9th Streets.

Competitors start on sand in front of first set of beach access stairs north of King Neptune. This is between 31st and 32nd Street.

If the swim is to go south then the competitors will run north on the beach approximately 329 feet (little more than a football field) north of the end of the boardwalk. They will enter the water and swim south back to the starting point.

If the swim is to go north then the competitors will run south on the beach to 23rd Street. They will enter the water and swim north back to the starting point.

Transition will be just south of the beach access stairs where the swimmers exit the beach in the 31st Street Park area adjacent to the amphitheater.
