All rosters must be up-to-date on Nations as of 11:59 p.m. on Friday night before the tournament.  Players must be on roster to be covered on insurance and to be legal during games.

Teams, Game Scores, Standings, and Championship Brackets & Pitching Records will be updated LIVE in REAL TIME and will be available via the website.  Championship Brackets will be posted 30 minutes after the completion of the last pool play game in each age/classification.  Please DO NOT contact Tournament Headquarters inquiring about Championship Bracket as this only delays the seeding process for every team.

Who can get text messages: Coaches, Parents, Friends, Family & other teams not in the event. Text Message Updates include: Game Scores, Pitching Results, Weather updates if necessary and other information from the field. Where do I go to sign up for text messaging? Go to the tournament page you’re playing in or interested in following. Click on”Add Text" in the age group and classification column. It's that simple. Make sure you're logged in when signing up for Text Messaging.
