Thank You To Everybody Who Assisted With The 2015 AAU Junior Olympic Games
The 2015 AAU Junior Olympic Games have come and gone through the Hampton Roads region. This was the fifth time that the area has hosted the games, having previously hosted in 1998, 2001, 2006 and 2010. Competition for 18 different sports took place at various venues throughout five cities (Chesapeake, Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk and Virginia Beach) this year.
Whether you were a sponsor, a volunteer, a spectator, a city or CVB member, a facilities worker or one of the many behind-the-scenes people, the Hampton Roads Sports Commission extends a heartfelt THANK YOU to all of you! We have said it before and we will continue to say it, but it truly does take an entire region to host an event of this magnitude. Your support and dedication to making the 2015 AAU Junior Olympic Games a success is very much appreciated.
THANK YOU to our AAU Junior Olympic Games Sponsors for their Support:
