The United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) league office has moved into the Town Point Center Building on Boush Street in Downtown Norfolk! We are excited to welcome them and share Norfolk's beautiful waterside district with another great organization!
USCAA Executive Director Matthew Simms states:
