Episode #2 of SportsTalk 757, presented by the Hampton Roads Sports Commission, features special guest Joe Gregory, General Manager of the Norfolk Tides.

SportsTalk 757 is a new web series discussing Insights, Challenges, and Accomplishments of Coaches, Athletes, and Sports Industry Leaders from across the Hampton Roads region. The first episode features former NFL defensive back for the Detroit Lions and Jacksonville Jaguars and current City of Chesapeake Councilman, Don Juan Carey III.

After careful consideration, we have decided to cancel the 2020 HRSC Corporate Challenge with respect to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. With that said, a date for the 2021 event will be established in the upcoming months as we all continue to interpret the CDC and state of Virginia guidelines that are issued.

On July 1st, Melody Webb replaced Marty Miller, whom after serving more than 15 years as Athletics Director will be taking on a new senior leadership role in the University Administration team, in a move that will strengthen the Spartans' athletic program while simultaneously improving the University's standing.

Claudell Clark, Executive Director of the Hampton Roads Sports Commission, was featured on "The UPSIDE" podcast with Adam Finkelstein last week on the COX Communication's YUR VIEW channel.
